Great portfolio! My favorites are the three B&W shots in the Chicago folder. I'm a sucker for B&W and for Chicago, and those three shots are phenomenal. You really capture the feeling of chicago in those shots. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks so much, Brian, I'm glad you liked them. I lived the first six years of my life just outside Chicago, and it only took me nearly 40 years to get back. Had a wonderful week long visit, and enjoyed the photographic opportunities greatly.

Richard, Thank you for the comment on my photo, you have some real nice work here. I have a question about your grave marker that you say is a Puritan, do you know any history about that subject. The reason I ask is I have a old Crucifix that is made in Germany it is silver with ebony inlay on the base of the cross are the skull and cross bones. I bought it at a yard sale. I would like to show you a photo if you would like that let me know.

Hi Richard, did you get my email today, I see you made a comment on my photo. I sent you three photos and a story about it. There is nothing odd about leaving out the left side of this cross, now if it was the right side I would understand. say what!!!

Very much Richard for your helpful comment on my 3 Pairs still life. What I was aiming for was a strong semi abstract image but with sharp focus in the middle - on reflection, yes, it was clearly a mistake to display the blemish.

I greatly enjoy your contributions to the NW forum and now, looking over your portfolio.
