A great portfolio full of strong images. In your 'standing up' and 'laying down' you show a great mastering of light and colours. But my absolute preferences are your single photos; they get a dramatic strength trough the creative use of light and compositions. And that especially in the B/W work

You certainly have one of the most accomplished portfolios in here, not only are your landscapes stunning, your architectural and street pictures are amazing as well. Pictures such as your posts here surely serve as an inspiration for many of us.

This is a terrific portfolio, Younes. Full of dynamism, rich color, and a creative way of seeing. I'm especially fond of the Canadian Rockies.

I was totally impressed with your portfolio when I discovered it last spring and now after looking at your new Canadian Rockies images, I'm completely blown away. Every single image is fantastic! In fact 'Incandescent' is one of the VERY BEST mountain images I've ever seen. Your portfolio continues to be very inspiring!

Hello Friend!

Well here it is another year is passing away and we are coming into the holidays. I think time starts to go faster as we get older, it was just yesterday I wished my friends Happy Holidays and here it is again the end of a year. The holiday lights are starting to be put on some of the trees here in Dallas, we were out last night and some were lighting the trees. I wish for you all a holiday season with family and friends, after all is said and done all we have is each other.

I want all of you to know just what your comments and ratings on my work means to me, your words are my motivation, my drive to discover, to learn this art that we all love, thank you for taking time and thank you for caring about my works. At the same time thank you for letting us see your world, our lives are so much the same, we all care about our families and friends and we all share the same things, maybe someday our photos will help make for a lasting world peace. I think that the majority of the landscapes I am used to see here on PN suffer from too heavy postproduction and color saturation, they are almost unreal. Your work is different: when I discovered your portfolio, I was suprised by the excellence of your images: you clearly show how much is better to wait for the perfect light and post one photo instead of shooting hundreds of them and trying to get that light and colors with Photoshop. Your landscapes are definetly among the best I have ever seen. Thank-you for sharing. Regards, Marco

I think you deserve this long list of congratulations above. Your photographs are excellent. I like the strong black and white landscapes, but the colour landscapes are so crisp, well composed and colourful that they are equally nice! Thanks for sharing these great pictures!

I've meant to get over to your portfolio for quite awhile now, and I've just spent the last half hour going though your photos. I can't help but compare your work to my art of music. Like the rare musician who can play it all.....the different genres of classical, pop, jazz, etc., you have the gift of being able to 'see it all'. You really do have a gift, Younes, and I've enjoyed each and every one of your shots. With many portfolios I quickly go through the photos, but with yours I find myself lingering on each photo because it offers something of beauty or interest. Bravo on an excellent collection, and I'm marking you as a favorite so I can easily return for many more visits.

Such a great portfolio representation here Younes. I have admired many of the images you have posted here and on NPN. Great work, keep it up and keep them coming!

Younes, I thought it was high time I left a comment on your portfolio. Your work has served as such an immense inspiration to me. Especially so as I have tried my hand at the grand landscape.

There may be landscape photographers that have more dramatic or intense images (you know whom in particular). But, your works fit with my personal aesthetic much more than many of theirs and they serve as goals towards which I continually strive.

I also want to thank you for the numerous occasions where in your comments on my works you have pushed me to notice how I could have done something better, or commented on an aspect I had overlooked in going for something else. I don't always agree, but your feedback has been invaluable.
