Thank you for displaying this excellent portfolio of images. It reminds me of my need to get back up to the Highlands soon. Need to pay homage to our lone tree on Rannoch Moor again. Nice too see you getting the best out of Velvia and 35mm. You technique is impeccable.

I found your photos after seeing the new movie "Stardust" and recognizing the Quiraing and Skye. The I saw your other fabulous photos. I especially loved your Glenfinnan view. My husband and I stayed there in 1976. We borrowed a rowboat and went out on the loch in the evening. Our host called us to dinner by marching down the stairs in full Scottish regalia, kilt 'n sporran, playing the bagpipes. I wonder if he still does that.... Your images are truly wonderful. I especially love the winter views. Thank you for sharing them.

Brian, I just rated a couple of your photos and was so impressed with both that I wanted to see your entire portfolio. Oh, how pleased I am that I had a close look at your work. You have a great talent for the dramatic shot. As you say, it takes effort to get that perfect lighting sometimes and the extra work is certainly worthwhile. Your photos are outstanding and they give me inspiration!
