I reside in the Cariboo of British Columbia and majority of the images you see posted on this site are from that area. I hope you enjoy looking at these images of nature that presented itself to my cameras in its raw form. Thank you for visiting, ratings, and critiques. Every single picture in this folder is outstanding. I wish you would give us a clue as to the equipment you use. I actually looks like film to me.

All images presently are being captured by Canon 20D, The lens focal lengths are 28mm to 500mm.

I dont know if the shooters in here know the number of hours you must have spent trying to get these shots. I once met a photographer from national geographics who said about a great shot he took (nothing to it just go out every day at 4 am for 3 months and wait) I think your photos are great

Well here it is another year is passing away and we are coming into the holidays. I think time starts to go faster as we get older, it was just yesterday I wished my friends Happy Holidays and here it is again the end of a year. The holiday lights are starting to be put on some of the trees here in Dallas, we were out last night and some were lighting the trees. I wish for you all a holiday season with family and friends, after all is said and done all we have is each other.

I want all of you to know just what your comments and ratings on my work means to me, your words are my motivation, my drive to discover, to learn this art that we all love, thank you for taking time and thank you for caring about my works. I was recently struck by one of you lynx photos, thinking it was another boring professional zoo photographer (boy was I wrong). Most people at photonet can only dream, no aspire to the quality of your natural photography. I have no idea why I’d not stumped onto your portfolio until recently. Many @ photonet seem to have this feeling that if a photo is not cropped so much that the whole subject encompasses the frame that its not a worthy photo. Very seldom do people include any of the natural environment in their photos so much that is disappoints me. In wildlife painting the background and environment has as much to do with the painting, as does the subject, so why is this not true with photography. It seems with the Mega pixel, high saturation & sharpest of the sharp race people have forgotten the true art of wildlife photography. You have done Canada Proud….. Ian Forsyth Ponoka Alberta

 Today I have done little bit of a clean up in my portfolio by downsizing the number of images, and I hope you find it little bit quicker to go thru these folders.  I also would like to thank you all that do leave critiques on my images or in my portfolio.
