Sounds like we exchanged not only countries but states! Have fun in mine, because I'm certainly enjoying living in yours! But don't you just miss having a masala dosa? Not those dried up ones at an Indian restaurant? I'll take a picture of one at a simple restaurant here, just to give you nostagia.
