me a resultado muy agradable recibir un comentario tuyo, pues gracias a el he llegado hasta tu galeria, como apasionado por la fotografia de paisajes y especialmente de monta�a tu serie de las Torres del Paine me parecen magnificas, la serie que me ha atraido mucho es la de Esc@Nart, que aunque mi ingles es infimo, he creido entender que las realizas directamente con un escaner, no se si estare en lo cierto, pero de todas maneras si no te importa y tienes ganas me gustaria que me contaras algo de como las has realizado.

PD. Sobra decir que si no tienes inconveniente te pondre en favoritos para no perderme tu trabajo.

Todas las fotografias de Esc@nArt estan realizadas sin camara de fotografiar. Son fotogramas digitales optenidos con un escaner plano de sobremesa, Epson 1200,. En todos hay un referente o sea un objeto puesto encima del escaner y escaneado en diferentes resoluciones dependiendo de su tama�o. Logicamente despues he manipulado los resultados con un pograma de retoque, Paint Shop Pro, limpieza de polvo y rallas, ajuste de luz, alguna doble exposicion como en la cebolla peque�a, y pocas cosas mas. Me han quedado algunas cosas por hacer: desnudos por partes, paisajes con espejos, pero de esto hace dos a�os y de momento estoy con el tema aparcado. Hola Jordi, gracias por tu comentario en mi galeria. Buen trabajo el que nos presentas, la seccion de las Torres del Paine envidiable, por las fotos y por haber estado alli. Muy creativo e innovador en Still (creo que se escribe asi, aun no me lo ha aprendido) buen trabajo en una seccion que aparte de la capacidad fotografica es necesario estrujarse el coco bastante. Una galeria y un trabajo excelente. Un saludo.

no conocia tu trabajo , son tantas las galerias que me pierdo , aunque ya estas en favoritos......me gustan mucho tus fotos de viajes , , soy de poco recorrido justito delante de mis botas en mi momtaña por eso me deleito mirando viajes fotograficos imagino y viajo.........que buenas las marinas de la costa hace tiempo que tengo ganas con este tema , aun estando a pocos km de la costa parece muy lejos , como si fuera otro mundo......

I've been watching Photo.net for years and now I've finally joined it's an inspiration to spend an hour or so each morning viewing the images. Your work is what I believe top photography should be. It's a delight to see your gallery.

Estimado Jordi, muchas gracias por tu comentario sobre el retrato de "Elena". El original está en papel baritado Oriental virado al oro (que tiempos aquellos en que gastaba muchisimo dinero en el laboratorio). La verdad es que era un placer trabajar con los quimicos, aunque la mayoria de las veces el resultado no fuera el deseado. Ahora, con el ordenador, es todo mucho mas facil. Corregir contrastes de zonas determinadas es como un juego de niños en comparacion con lo que habia que trabajar antes, pero la calidad de un buen papel baritado y la sensacion que produce tener una foto bien revelado en las manos no la he vuelto a conseguir con el ordenador. Pero son los tiempos que corren, que le vamos a hacer. Un saludo muy cordial, Juan Carlos.

Por fin me quito la espina, despues de llevar meses viendo tus maravillosa fotos, de dejarte un comentario en tu portfolio, y es para decirte lo que ya te apunte en un comentario en una foto, y es que ademas de las submarinas, por las que tengo un interes especial, tus fotos de tierra son absolutamente espectaculares, sobre todos las carpetas waves y Costa Brava. Que envidia sana Jordi. En fin, nunca es tarde si la dicha es buena, o eso dice por ahi. Un abrazo desde A Guarda (Galicia). PD: por cierto, te comento que en nuestro grupo de viajes de buceo tambien contamos con septuagenarios. Debe ser que esto del buceo engancha a cualquier edad, o que engancha de por vida.

One thing I noticed about your photos....do you only wake up and pick up your camera when the light is absolutely perfect? You seem to find the most beatiful scenes and capture them in the most beautiful light - you also find ordinary scenes and make them extraordinary - very inspiring to view your folio - take care!
