I only looked over a few of the images here, but really like what I see. Your compositions are very creative, and beautifully executed.

Wow, your portfolio is a real inspiration to me. I really like landscape-photography and you have a lot of beautiful pictures with very good compositions. You also have a lot of morning- and eveningshots, that remind me of the importance of such beautiful times of the day. I just bought a wideangle lens (10-22mm canon) and I still have to get used to that extreme view :) but I hope I'll soon make some good wideangle-landscape shots too!

I very much like your shots and would like to know what programs you use for what appears to be HDR? I would like to play around with this processing, but not overdo it, with a fair degree of ease/simplicity.

I don't use any HDR software. For shots before 2008, I mainly used blacketing and hand blending in PS to solve dynamic issue (so called digital GND, but definitely not like those done in an HDR program). Since early 2008 I changed to physical nd grade filters. By using ND grad filters to solve light dynamic issues, I very much enjoyed seeing a well exposed picture on my camera LCD right on the shooting scene, that is fun of digital photography. I lost it when I shot without filters, because I intentionally over or under exposed part of the image to blend later in PS, but now the fun is back. I don't have to run HDR program at home. (I still do bracketing which is a habit I formed when I shot without filters, but now use it just to make sure I don't miss any shots by wrong metering)

I shoot only raw and use SilkyPix to convert my raw files. SilkyPix is extremely easy to use but maybe too easy that I don't feel pressured to learn Photoshop, but I will.
