There was a time when you wrote to me, asking for tips to perfect your photos. Your work has improved so much since I am now the one in need of tips! I never shoot in colour but your tones make me envious - it looks cross-processed, which I have never tried.

Regarding your will to maybe come and visit my studio, please note that I have NEVER worked in a studio!!! Yes, all the actors were photographed in natural light, in a small car park near my house to be exact. Depending on where they sit in relation to the light, I can get two different effects - flat light and modelling light. Although I shoot on film, I then scan the negatives and work on the tones on Photoshop so the prints are digital.

I will follow up with your new uploads regularly. In the meantime, keep on creating!!!

You know that all your shots are ok (a little too perfect, but in a model and fashion context I guess that's the way they should be) but the one I prefer is not in portfolio: It's the (self, I guess) portrait in biography page. Simple maybe, but I like tone and I think it's expressive.

thanks you very much for your comment, about the picture, that you asked me what type of flash I did, I tell you that the picture has been done in light ambient, and after in postrpoduction , I played with the colours and contrast in Adobe lightroom.- wishes Maurizio.-
