Tienes una galerí¡ espectacular! Tus fotos son muy buenas y se podrian decir muchas cosas de ellas, pero si tuviera que resumir en una palabra tu fotografia la palabra seria fuerza. Tus fotos impactan porque llegan al fondo de las cosas (ya sea un paisaje, la fachada de la catedral de salamanca, o una foto de calle, por citar solo algunos de los campos que trabajas) y van má³ alla de la imagen que reflejan (supongo que detras esta la personalidad del fotografo) y si a ello se une un gran sentido de la estetica y una alta calidad tecnica el resultado es una fotografí¡ de una calidad excepcional. Enhorabuena, por tanto, por tu trabajo! Un saludo

Un placer ver una galeria diferente. Sobre todo porque le das tratamientos distintos a distintas fotografias segun lo merezcan. Es cierto que en los b/n hay un continuo vi�eteado oscuro alrededor de los personajes, pero eso es un estilo y no les quita merito. Me encantan las industriales que tienes, y especialmente el ambiente conseguido con ciertos paisajes: el �ltimo subido por ejemplo. En fin, variedad y calidad. un saludo

Excelentes fotos, con un tratamiento con mucho gusto que realzan enormemente el atractivo de las tomas.

Volvere con mas tiempo para deleitarme y saborearlas individualmente, que lo merecen.

Landscape, street y el muslo de la tenista, de lo que mas me atrae :), aunque ninguna tiene desperdicio.

Every shot is a story; this is the photography that i prefer. Every tecnical aspect is just for the story: not for pure formal vision. Great, great job. Against all the photoshopgraphers!

Dear Friend, i always follow your work, a great work, so i decided to ask you an opinion: you consider a shot as beautiful independently by photoshop?s operations? There is a limit to define a shot as a photograph? Many of us look for the best moment, the best light, the best composition to take a real photo; we are wasting our time? Please let me know. I have added an example of retouching operated by an expert, Pam.R, in a perfect Rarindra Prakarsa style. The magic light of Rarindra (Rarindra is only an example of photoshophotographers; one of many..)! Thank you!

it's dificult to separate both concepts, the shot and the processing, I'll include the concept/ideas and the presentation.

photographer's idea(1)-> then shot-> looks the shot in the computer then idea(2)-> procesing -> then studies the image and idea(3) about presentation -> then results in ideas (4,5,6...) the one that gets the viewers

the idea, in the four steps, may vary and the good one can be any of them. We can only see the result and imagine the previous steps... I'think that we can't make a good critic without knowing all the rest...

maybe some people don't look for a beautiful image... looks for an idea, concept, history, etc... finally we see the image with our eyes-mind-experiences and that's all that counts.

...........b) There is a limit to define a shot as a photograph? . .

there are so many types of photography: comercial, documentary, fine art, nature... can you imagine one definition that includes all of them? I think it's very dificult to define that concept and even more dificult to separate from digital art, design, painting (yes painting)...

do we need to define photograpy to enjoy it, de we need to separate from other kind of tecnics/arts? i dont think so. I think that finally it's something about respect and understanding other kinds of making and enjoing photography.. (or whatever you want to call it)

Reality does not exist except in our brain... its a construction of the mind. If you think about the light as waves of diferent frecuencies you could understand that the reality is that; everything else is a construction of our complex and beautiful unknown brain, even the concept of waves.

So if you like taking pictures that get close to what you think reality is... its an option and you can enjoy it but I think that you have to know that its not so "real" (are you sure you see the real colors? and your monitor/camera/lens? the eye adapts the pupil to the light, do you use glasses -i do, my reallity is blurry- and so on...)

I don't think its a waste of time... or meybe yes... what are you looking for in photography... a way of expression, a hobby to enjoy, popularity?

To tell you the truth I crop most of my pictures, use PS in 99% of the images, use zonal edition, add vignetting, and rarely presents colourful images. I'm more interest in conceptual and abstract images than "real" images allthougth I like some of them... I don't think that my portfolio here in Photo.net is representative of my actual interest... I love diptics, abstraction, conceptual, surreal images...

Rarindra... i like some of his pictures other not... I don?t mind about his use of photoshop... I think its not important. others (like me) with the same pictures will never do anything interesting, and some of the pictures with all that work don't means anything to me...

Finally I think that the photographer (or whatever) has to digg in his own interests, subjects, explore places, tecniques, etc. and respect other's work even if we don't like it at all. Forget about the trends, styles, popular pictures, etc... and enjoy doing what you like and sharing that with others.
