Kenrick, your beautiful images of Mayaro Beach are haunting. I spent a lot of time there when I was a child, starting before the road and bridge were built. We had to drive along Manzanilla Beach (and get stuck), then take a hand-drawn ferry across Ortoire River.

I can echo some of the above praise and say you've used natural light wonderfully and captured natural expressions without leaving the photo looking like a snapshot. I also enjoyed the cricket photos, it's not something I see much of.

Thank you for commenting on my "Longwood Sunset" picture. I got a little lucky with that shot, I was taking pictures of a landscape right behind this shot and right before the sun went down I saw this tree. If I would have waited another 10min it would have been too dark. I guess thats just the beauty of photography somtimes. I also like your mangrove, cycle of death picture. Before you commented on my picture I had randomly rated that picture and set it to one of my favorites. Keep up the good work.

Thank you, but ah, it wasn't the "real" light. truthfully I thought the image looked awful after I got it on my computer...so I open it up on Photoshop and copy the background layer turn the blend mode to overlay and blurred it a bit.

Hello Friend!

Well here it is another year is passing away and we are coming into the holidays. I think time starts to go faster as we get older, it was just yesterday I wished my friends Happy Holidays and here it is again the end of a year. The holiday lights are starting to be put on some of the trees here in Dallas, we were out last night and some were lighting the trees. I wish for you all a holiday season with family and friends, after all is said and done all we have is each other.

I want all of you to know just what your comments and ratings on my work means to me, your words are my motivation, my drive to discover, to learn this art that we all love, thank you for taking time and thank you for caring about my works.
