Fashion
Michael, here's my advice, but keep in mind I'm not a professional so take it or leave it. I'm mostly interested in fashion shots so I'm just commenting on those. Overall, you have a good eye, but some things detract. Most of your photos have very bright backgrounds. Without flash this is the only way to get the skin tones right, but I would suggest changing exposure to cut back the ambient and use flash to bring the model to right exposure. Also a shallower depth of field helps to make backgrounds less distracting. Lastly, give more thought to styling. You have some pretty models, but those bustiers don't flatter either of them. Match the clothes to the models, and to the environment you're shooting them in. Other than that, keep up the good work!

Great Photos
What wonderful photos Michael, you are good photographer indeed. I love your modle shots in particular, nice, colorful and sharp. Wonderful lighting, poses, and composition. I also have a Canon 350D XT, but I never produce sharp and clear shots (consitantly) as yours are. Tell me if you don't mind, what kind of lens do you use for your portraits, and some of your land and seascapes. I will be purchasing the Tamron 28-75mm XR DI LD lens, or the Canon 28-135mm IS USM lens in a few weeks. I am leaning more towards the Tamron as I have read more possitive feedback about the Tamron than the Canon lens. Right now, I have the kit lens, the nifty fifty f/1.8, and tamron 70-300mm LD lens. Thanks Micheal for sharing your great photos. I would appreciate any kind of suggestion about lenses that you can give me. Sites such as this one are so great, because people here are so very helpful to those who are trying to learn how to become better photoraphers!

If you are going for glamour then HJ is correct, but if your not then the background is a nice distraction to the high gloss shots that try to emulate magazine imagages which are not my taste.
Either way I think some of the images are outstanding.
