I'll be shooting Arches for the first time in September. I have a dear friend who owns Zion Ponderosa out there too... I wonder if you know that place?

Great portfolio Regina. I think my wife and I have been in your bike shop. Is it attached to a business that rents out wading gear to hike the narrows? Back in October 2004 we spent 2 weeks out there and had a blast, especially the day we hiked up the narrows. I tried to convince my wife that we could open up a business there in Springdale but her heart is set on getting back to Denver. Oh well. Glad to see that you acted on your dream and are living it. These are some of the best landscape shots on p.net. I've only just found your portfolio and woud be disappointed if you left. I agree wholeheartedly with your post re there being to many nudes. If there were a similar amount of nude male models I would I might find it easier to accept the excuses made by the others.

I think that I could learn a lot from looking at your work and would beg you to keep posting here. I use the filters on the top photos pages to look through travel/landscape/street etc.

I hope to see your work there.

I ended up at this location after another member posted a comment relating to your thread about too many nudes on PN. You are a great photographer and I admire your straightforward attitude about what bothers you. I am 100% agreeing with you and I wanted to let you know that you are not alone thinking and feeling the way you do. PN top photos review is something I can only do when the kids are in bed and my girlfriend is not exactly thrilled either. Anyway, I am here not to keep the thread where you were very gracious under fire of some nasty commenters but to let you know that I love your pictures of the park. Some are oustanding and it's a loose-loose situation if you leave this site.

I couldn't decide which of your fantastic photos to comment on first, so I just decided to write something here. This is extraordinary work, Regina. You have a unique style, and each shot is processed to perfection. My husband also likes to take photographs, and we're going to travel in an RV and see the country as soon as we retire. I don't think we'd be so bold as to move the way you did, but I can certainly see why you did. Keep bringing us more! We've been to Zion, and I'm sure we drove right past your shop.....that was before I went digital and took up photography as a hobby.

Regina, I was really struck by your comment on your "Pinnacles" photo that you don't really enjoy the actual photo taking, but you LOVE Photoshop. I was struck because for me, it's just the opposite. Nevertheless, your images are absolutely beautiful, and your skills are very impressive. You're on my favorites list, and I'm looking forward to more. I'd love to have just a fraction of your knowledge and talent.
