Thanks for your comments about my 'Batting Practice' photo. I agree with the hand on the face, and generally speaking about being on the first base side...I took several shots that day, and I was trying to stay inconspicuous, and out of the way so the boy's wouldn't start acting and would remain completely natural in their behavior. That guy was really putting on a hitting show and had a very distinctive follow through. I really think the angle I caught him against captures his style very well...thanks again...This was my first attempt at this kind of photography and I took a lot of shots during the season of the boy's on my son's baseball team, both color and B&W, giving prints of each to the parents, who were most appreciative...some thought I worked professionally at it...but, I simply told them, no...it was just for fun. This was the only shot where I asked and received permission from the parent to use the image. By the way, you have some excellant action shots here. I'm very impressed.
