pictures are nice!

Uncle Tony - I really enjoyed these. The detail is great and I (personally) like the shallow depth of field. The photos with greenery in them seem to have an odd shade to them, but the coloring in the rest is great! Michelle wants to know if you would print the frog for her room!

Colour balance

Hi Kerry, the colours may seem a bit flat as I'm using Adobe RGB colour gamut. They look great on my i9900 printer using the right profile. I have checked both my cameras with the Kodak grey card and the colour balance is superb over the whole range. Best wishes, Tony

Hello

Nice collection of photographs, There are 5 fairly visible deer and there are maybe two hidden in the brush, they are kinda hard to make out. Thanks for looking. Marco

Tony

Beautiful collection, diverse and lovely images.

Thank you for your comment on my portfolio. I appreciate the rework of my artist point photo. It does look very nice. Agreed that some of my images are on the darker side; they were taken at dusk or sunset. I don’t use much editing, no PS or LR, I use only the simplest of tools. My edits are mostly a shadow highlight and sharpening as I downsize for posting. I try to capture what my eye sees when I am standing behind the camera. This is why I will most likely never be a famous photographer….”big sigh”

I do hope to see more of your work in the future, keep clicking.

Warm regards, Pamela

OUTSTANDING WILDLIFE IMAGES...!!!

Your portfolio is frankly very interesting Tony, especially your wildlife images. I am from Greece and I came back recently from a trip to British Columbia and Yukon, where I had an unforgettable experience of the wilderness. You are lucky to live in such a beautiful country. My warm congrats, Karolos Trivizas. Please, if you have some time, have a look at two of my captures in BC posted in another photosite………… http://www.photopoints.com/main/photos/showphoto.aspx?pid=1DB371C7ABAB968F9081 …………. http://www.photopoints.com/main/photos/showphoto.aspx?pid=C46BA6+96DE952CE51CE
